The responsibility of the Network Operations Center Manager is to manage all aspects of the Network Operations Center, manage connectivity, maintain network performance, maintain network software configurations, manage patch distribution and software versions according to as necessary, and solve network and system problems. Scaling processes and procedures, leading and defining the issue explaining the process, participating in change management and root cause analysis, and interacting with field operations, engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and network service providers. 

The noc manager is responsible for recruiting technical personnel and must ensure that the team works following the company's policies and procedures. Manage the daily activities of the network operations team. Preventive maintenance, fault isolation, installation and equipment projects, connection management, network performance, timely troubleshooting.

• Direct and coordinate staff activities.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts

• Provide scaling support after business hours

• Provide a presence of shift as necessary for coverage

• Ensure compliance with team change management.
